Connect The Dots (CTD) is a Silicon Valley VC-backed startup founded in February 2019, on a mission to revolutionize how professional relationships are managed. Our platform automatically organizes contacts and opportunities by relationship strength, making it easier to form meaningful new connections.
While our headquarters are in San Francisco, the majority of our team is based in Belgrade. The company was founded by veterans of Salesforce, Facebook, and other successfully exited Silicon Valley startups. Here, you’ll work alongside smart, driven, kind, and collaborative teammates who care deeply about building something meaningful.
We are currently hiring our first Talent Sourcer Intern to support our growing recruitment efforts and help us attract exceptional talent across technical and non-technical roles.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Partner with our Head of People and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other platforms
- Reach out to candidates with thoughtful, personalized messages and act as the first point of contact
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews quickly and efficiently
- Help craft compelling job descriptions and support employer branding efforts
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the overall candidate experience
- Assist with hiring-related documentation and internal record-keeping
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology or a related Social Science field. Students in their final year of studies are also welcome to apply
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Curious and eager to learn
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools (not required!)
