Connect The Dots (CTD.ai) is a San Francisco-based, venture-backed startup founded in 2019 with a mission to transform how professional relationships are managed.
Our platform is a next-generation Relationship Activation solution that helps B2B sales teams selling into high-value accounts reach decision-makers. It reveals who truly knows their target buyers and how well, making it easy to request trusted introductions with a single click.
Although our headquarters are in San Francisco, the majority of our team is based in Belgrade. The company was founded by veterans of Salesforce, Facebook, and other successfully exited Silicon Valley startups. Here, you will work alongside smart, driven, kind, and collaborative teammates who care deeply about building something meaningful.
We are currently hiring our first group of Sales Development Representative interns to help bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales. This is more than just an internship - it is a chance to dive into tech sales, learn from experienced professionals, and make a real contribution to a fast-growing startup.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Support our Account Executives by taking ownership of the prospecting process using our own platform
- Drive personalized LinkedIn outreach: connection building, content engagement, and relationship nurturing
- Help operationalize and scale LinkedIn-based marketing campaigns alongside our Marketing team
- Work closely with both Marketing and Sales to align on messaging, ICP targeting, and content strategy
- Use (or be excited to learn) tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and AI-based sales automation platforms
- Collaborate with the Product team by sharing insights from outreach and prospect feedback to help improve the product.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very strong written and spoken English (close to native level)
- A genuine passion for building a career in tech sales
- Based in Serbia or willing to live and work in Belgrade
- Willingness to work U.S. hours
- Proactive, curious, and self-driven personality – you take initiative and love learning
