Connect The Dots (CTD) is a Silicon Valley VC-backed startup founded in February 2019, on a mission to revolutionize how professional relationships are managed. Our platform automatically organizes contacts and opportunities by relationship strength, making it easier to form meaningful new connections.
While our headquarters are in San Francisco, the majority of our team is based in Belgrade. The company was founded by veterans of Salesforce, Facebook, and other successfully exited Silicon Valley startups. Here, you’ll work alongside smart, driven, kind, and collaborative teammates who care deeply about building something meaningful.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- This position will be expected to work closely with relevant members of all other teams
- Managing all processes related to hiring, recruiting, motivation and well-being of employees
- Management and implementation of all on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Management and day to day running of the office space, including management of office assistants, and support personnel
- Management of all team building activities, and team meetings
- Regular feedback sessions with all personnel
- Help in building a culture that attracts, retains, and rewards high performers
- Design and run all ads for positions at CTD
- Identifying and hiring new roles for HR department
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/BA in psychology, social studies or relevant field; further training will be considered a plus
- 2+ years of experience
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Ethical and reliable
- Excellent written and spoken English
