Connect The Dots is building the next generation of relationship intelligence for go-to-market teams. We help revenue leaders tap into the trusted relationships across their company’s network to unlock warm intros, identify hidden champions, and close deals faster. We’re a Series A-stage company building from the ground up, with momentum and a growing base of believers.

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing, reporting to our CEO. You’re a hands-on, execution-oriented leader who can lay the foundation of our marketing function while driving near-term pipeline in lockstep with sales. 

This is an opportunity at a high-growth startup with veteran Silicon Valley leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Brand & Positioning

  • Refine and evolve CTD’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity to resonate with our core personas (sales, marketing, and revenue leaders).
  • Tell the CTD story across channels in a way that is clear, differentiated, and inspiring for exec-level buyers in enterprise organizations.

Pipeline Generation

  • Own top-of-funnel growth and pipeline contribution through a mix of outbound content, campaign strategy, and partnership with the SDR and sales teams.
  • Start by leaning into high-impact owned channels (LinkedIn, email, content marketing, and customer advocacy) to drive early traction, with the goal of building a predictable motion that demonstrates what future investments can return in terms of pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure tight alignment on ICP, messaging, and outbound strategy.

Execution with Leverage

  • Use AI-native tools to scale execution across content, email, landing pages, and reporting with the goal of driving performance without bloating the tech stack or team.
  • Evaluate and propose a stage-appropriate marketing tech stack, including CRM integrations, marketing automation, attribution, data, and funnel tracking tools.
  • Stand up the foundational infrastructure to support campaign execution, lead capture, nurture, and performance analytics.

Strategic Marketing 

  • Set the foundations for scalable, repeatable marketing: segmentation, funnel mapping, campaign development, and experimentation.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, especially in a company still wired for consensus and iteration.

Team Management

  • Directly manage our SDR function and help shape how we scale our demand gen engine.
  • Be a thought partner to the CEO and sales leaders in building our broader GTM muscle.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Hands-on leader who spikes in demand gen and thrives in early-stage environments. Someone who can drive pipeline with creativity, focus, and smart, resource-conscious bets.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate company goals into marketing priorities, and isn’t afraid to start with MVPs.
  • AI curious and tool-savvy; you look for ways to work smarter, not just harder.
  • Strong communicator and storyteller who can build trust with internal stakeholders and external buyers alike.
  • Experience in early-stage B2B startups, preferably with founder-led sales and pre-PMF dynamics. PLG experience a big plus.
  • Comfort managing and developing an SDR function.
  • Exposure to marketing operations and tech stack implementation a big plus.
